Sign of Choice

I chose this sign because it was vintage & it looked like something I would hang up in my room. While tracing this sign I learned how to  use diferent shapes to form the arrow and manipulate them to be a different shape than what I began with. I also learned how to use my layers pannel to my benefit in a much more efficient way. I had to get a little creative for the cent sign because I could not find it in the glyphs so I used two rectangles and placed them on top of and below the c. The biggest challenge was probably simply matching the font, because there are so many to choose from. With this project I have realized that I am slowly but surely getting more comfortable with using Adobe Illustrator.
